In accordance with the requirements of title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, PHATT HOMES LLC, Tacoma, Washington (PHATT HOMES, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability when using this website.

Some parts of the website may not be compatible with this program. Files such as photos, graphics, documents and other third-party information may not adjust as the websites does using this accessibility software.
We do not discriminate on the basis of disability in its hiring or employment practices. We will not ask a job applicant about the existence, nature, or severity of a disability. Applicants may be asked about their ability to perform specific job functions. We will not place a surcharge on a particular individual with a disability or any group of individuals with disabilities to cover the cost of providing auxiliary aids/services or reasonable modifications of policy, such as retrieving items from locations that are open to the public but are not accessible to persons who use wheelchairs.
